Molten Cake…

One of my fav bloggers Digital Nomad, and I share 2 things in common – photography…. and a passion of chocolate!

So when she posted this recipe for Molten Cake, I HAD to make it!

Digital Nomad July 19, 2009 at 6:46 am: Salaams! Oh my goodness, I am so! very!! happy!!! that it turned out so great, mashaAllah! I am always nervous about posting recipes, because sometimes they turn out right for me, and then flop on other people…alhamdulillah, it worked! And, oh that scoop of ice cream on the side just turns this cake into pure sin!

I also overbaked mine by about a minute, but so long as the center is gooey, it’s all good Good job, Cookie Monster!

I recall seeing on twitter that you were under the weather last weekend? Hope it’s all cleared up, and the chocolate gave the cold a good kick out of your system
