Cookies…..

So you know how I said that I would be running around London, taking pics on Saturday….

Well, I didn’t quite do that….

Actually, I was quite exhausted to do much, so I caught up on some much needed sleep. What I did do though was bake cookies!

I stumbled upon Maris’ blog a few days ago after she left a comment on one of my posts. What a great surprise it was that she blogs about food…. I LOVE FOOD!

I have never baked cookies previously, and this recipe looked quite appetizing. Although my presentation needs some work, the recipe was quite awesome! Try it out yourself, it is quite easy to make!

(I used about 200g butter instead of the apple sauce, but everything else was the same.)
