It’s been one of those weekends where the sun wants to threaten through the clouds, yet it doesn’t want to make the effort. The clouds just sit there and do – well, not much. It’s grey, it’s “warm”, and it’s not raining. This is how I am feeling at the moment. I don’t quite feel lifeless (as in dull, as opposed to dead), but I feel that I am not doing much or gaining much. Actually, it’s not only me, a number of blogs which I read seem to have the same feeling – this post from Auburn Kat is a pick from the bunch.
I wonder if this is the cause of my writers block; I am itching to write everyday, but I just don’t seem to have anything to write about. I need to find a cure for this itch, maybe it’s some sort of lack of motivation – I can’t do blah too often!
Speaking of which… I read this excellent post which was written by Samar on guest posting, and it reminded me of the last week of January, when this blog went guest post crazy! If you missed it, check out this post – it has all 15 guest posts, all of which were fantabulous ofcourse! I think I want to extend the guest post idea, by actually being a guest myself – something which I have not done previously. The Media Junkie has thrown out a call to guest posters on her blog; I think, I will be making an appearance.
In other news, as I have been ticking off things on my list of things to do, I hit the one about my European city break. Now, I had earmarked Seville, Spain as the destination of choice, but it is turning out to be pretty straining on my budget. Since I aim to travel to NYC this autumn (with MaliZOMG), I now feel like I should hold back and concentrate on planning that vacation (damn double thoughts!). Incidentally, we’d love to meet any of you guys who happen to be in NYC at the time; I hope to meet Thrice when we head there – she herself is on her way to the States tomorrow – DC to start of with, and to NY (to work) by the end of the week. More on NYC holiday as things are planned.
For now – I need something challenging – in life, at work, anywhere…. it just isn’t clicking at the moment!

Sometimes, we just fall into a funk…best thing to do is to keep plowing through, and if there are no challenges, try to create them. For me, the stagnation just keeps getting worse, until I say enough! But don’t forget to enjoy the lull before the storm, take it as a chance to recharge your batteries 
aw…Cookie! u mentioned me…that’s sweet….I’m finally back and I missed u a lot…and during all these days..the kids and I have been listening to Sesame Street’s cd…and all the time…we’ve been singing..” C is for cookie, that’s not enough for me…C is for cookie…etc..cookie cookie cookie starts with C” (you know whose song is it?????)
