To say we have no free will means we are all victims of circumstance. This is not correct... We are certainly influenced by our circumstances, but how we choose to react to those circumstances is a personal choice given to us by our free will. And having free will does not make us products of our nature. Being a product of my nature implies I have no free will... But I choose not to be a product of my nature - it may have an influence, but ultimately I have the choice! :) Interesting post… and I disagree…

To say we have no free will means we are all victims of circumstance. This is not correct…
We are certainly influenced by our circumstances, but how we choose to react to those circumstances is a personal choice given to us by our free will. And having free will does not make us products of our nature. Being a product of my nature implies I have no free will… But I choose not to be a product of my nature – it may have an influence, but ultimately I have the choice! :)

The choices which I made were triggered by an event (circumstance), and if it wasnt for these events, I would have maintained my status quo.
