At the start of January 2009, I decided to participate in NaBloPoMo. For those of you who don’t know what this is – well… the concept is to post everyday for a month… marathon blogging if you may!

The theme for January ’09 is Change; which got me thinking…. how can I engage the message of change effectively…. more importantly… how would the people who read me want to see change?
It took about a minute… but I had it!
I am opening my blog to 7 posts in 7 days. The idea is for YOU the reader to post your vision of change in 2009 as a post on my blog. The rules are very simple -
- The theme is “Change”. I have tried to imply it in almost every post which I have made this year; I want you to do this too.
- One person can post multiple times, however, I will give preference to those people who haven’t already posted.
- I will give the opportunity to those who don’t own blogs, or are silent readers. You can have a cameo too – it’s all about sharing the love, and having YOUR say.
- You can post about any “CHANGE” as you see it. It can be 2 lines, or a historic work of philosophy – it’s your call!
- I hope to start publishing these posts from the 25th of January – which is next Sunday. For anyone who wants to participate – drop me an email with your interest in posting, or email me a post in the form of how you would want it to appear. My email address link is on the right hand side bar, about the fifth link down. If you own a blog, make sure to market it, and I will also acknowledge it on my NaBloPoMo, Twenty Something Bloggers, and twitter.
There is also a prize for the 500th commenter on the blog. This will be either a voucher for something like Amazon, or something of your choice (if you win, we can figure something out) -or- a donation to a charity of your choice. Hopefully I can couple the 7 posts in 7 days concept with the 500th comment. As we stand now, there are about 115 comments to go….. I will update how many left regularly. Oh… and I will be generous enough for the prize!
What do you thing guys, what are your views on changes? Drop me a line and I will deliver your message!

{ 7 comments… read them below or add one }

@Mars
What’s more important is – will you be a guest and post?
@malizomg
I hear ya! details on the way!
It’s quite a coincidence that you bring up “Change” as a theme this week… The timing is quite extraordinary!
I could write up something about that, but I might end up giving away too much information

Change
Good luck with posting, I get so lazy with blogging, I don’t envy you.
@Legends of G
Thats how I roll Mr G
Your ID is known to me and not anyone else. If you feel you will give some info away – then be subtle about it.
As for me – well I have a confidentiality agreement – what happens in the digital world stays in the digital world. Period!
You will be my first non-blogger (that I know of); it would be interesting to listen and read what you have to say…. and you know that you are entertaining
@hfm
Well, I have an open invitation to anyone and everyone – regardless of how lazy you are/can be
I am also in the process of getting a complete non blogger to post; “negotiations” are ongoing with some others too
So far I have atleast 1 definite, and 3 almost certains….
Join in!
I’ve emailed you back- checkitt.
