My band is called Jasper County Courthouse. We produce music in and around the Heavy Metal Techno genre – something very popular in Scandinavia and the deep south of the US of A.
Our next album, awaiting release, is titled ‘Out of middle age’. The tracks explore the consciousness of youth, and their beliefs in broken society.
The album cover was selected from flickr, and it demonstrates the visual calm of our musical influences.

You have a band! Well, that’s something new for me! Cool! and the blending of heavy metal and techno sounds interesting, awesome!!!!
We’ve also decided to hit the road… We being the mighty big sounds of “John Scolvus”!
This, our inaugural tour will be promoting our upcoming album “Unprejudiced Point of View”, which explores the depths and heights which can be reached by the overuse of heavily distorted bass, accompanied by the exciting and fast pace of the lead guitar – played by none other than the Legend himself.
