Aaaah… finally!
I finally feel fit (back) and well (cold & flu) enough to begin this 6 week challenge. The 200 situp challenge is fairly simple; the aim is to do 200 consecutive situps by the end of 6 weeks. I have setup a page to track my progress; if anyone else is interested in joining in the challenge, let me know and I can setup a page for you to track your progress as well (I think!).

No situps for me
but, if situps are what I think they are, then that means I actually do a lot of situps since I’m carrying toddlers all day long! you know, you pick them up from where they are, put them there, pick them, and all over again:P
